As a small business owner looking to create an e-commerce site, I contacted P.R. Inc. with questions and a price quote as their website says to contact them for a quote and a "free evaluation of your project." This was very misleading for me as they did not fulfill the free evaluation offer neither did they provide a quote, and did not answer my questions. I was not served as a potential customer.
