From 1995 to 2002, I worked as a digital artist for software companies in the Boston area, among them Papyrus Design Group, Turbine Entertainment, and Looking Glass. I moved to New York City in 2002 to pursue an MFA in sculpture, and graduated in 2004. You can see some of my work at www. I started Website for Artists in May of 2006 out of a desire to have a more flexible schedule, offer a great service to the Art community and divide my time between work I enjoy (computer graphics) and work that defines me, fine art.

Artist Resources
Report
I have compiled a list of resources for artists to find opportunities, funding for projects, and residencies. I strongly believe in creating a community of artists, where we can help each other, and nurture each other. I have tried to find resources that are open to artists nationally and internationally, regardless of where the organization is based.
Rules of the Road
Report
Rules of the Road is a series of articles about how artists can use and interact with the Digital World, and how to best navigate that space. Remember when you started taking art classes? You probably came across a teacher who told you to work from the general to the specific. When you paint, you do not start with details. the same advice applies to organizing your computer for your art career.
