We had our website designed and hosted by these guys. They did a decent job, but nothing to shout about. All was fine until our site completely crashed. They had no clue regarding what the problem was, except of course to blame everyone else on the planet, including the people that had been paying them every month - mainly, MY COMPANY. Our IT Department had to fix it, which cost us about two solid man-days of work. Basically, making something pretty to look at is dandy, but making it actually work reliably is something else entirely.
