Downtime is rare, they have a lot of offerings so it's easy to get our clients on the right plan, and they always go out of their way to help us whenever we have an issue (or can't figure something out). Over the past 6+ years, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service at EP Host. I have had many problems over the years because I am not a techie, and I sometimes need some hand-holding. Of all the times, and there have been many, I have had to ask for help, just once, the service was not as good as all the other times due to a new employee. However, the problem did get resolved. I have come to rely on EPHost.
While other companies have tried to get me to leave, I stay with EPHost. I can count on EPHost to be reliable, trustworthy, and when I encounter a problem, I know that the EPHost techs will solve it. If you are looking for a reliable hosting company, a company you can TRUST, one that does NOT treat you as "just a number, " a company that is willing to listen to your concerns or problems and willing to help.
