Invoicing and billing are an absolute mess. The payments we make to Lobo monthly either don't show up on their end, are refunded the next day-which they claim to know nothing about, or don't post the month that they're paid. And their customer service is completely indignant about these discrepancies.

Right this second 5/22 the internet is so slow that not even Netflix will load. Hulu will give a network error and crash. And paramount+ won't even attempt to open. I have to use my phone's mobile hotspot to play any pc games or access steam or gamepass.

Decent speeds with no latency! I can run 3 TVs and my VPN works : Nice staff and service. Very reliable - plan on keeping this as a backup for work, even when Fiber finally gets here
