Find a unique property and let us know why it will make a great vacation rental. We have our own market data but rely on our clients to provide vision and properties that can be leased for three years with a purchase option. We will work with you to secure a lease, furnish it for you, and cover the cost of the rental in return for a percentage of the profits.

If we are interested in your proposed property we will request a copy of your lease agreement, floor plans, and information about the neighbors and houses in the immediately surrounding area.
