Matt was a great help. I could not find the driver for the Bluetooth adapter I was wanting to use for my headphones. He not only found the driver but installed it when I wasn't at work so there was no interruption to my workday. And the headphones work great. Great job Matt!

We had a nightmare of a connection issue at our office that we tried to troubleshoot and fix many times to no avail, but James has been more than extremely helpful. He spent time day after day for over 2 weeks trying to figure this out for us and we finally got it today!
