There are basically 3 things you need to record diagnostic data and clear diagnostic trouble codes ( DTC's ) and turn off the check engine light from an OBDII based system on your 1996 and newer car. 1 - A PC computer, a Pocket PC PDA, or PalmOS to look at the OBD data. 2 - The OBD2 All-In-One scan tool to interface your PC or handheld computer to the OBDII diagnostic port on your car.

Our Marine EFI (MEFI) Scan & TuneTM system allows you to download the internal MEFI programming to your PC or laptop with our MEFIburnTM program, change the operating parameters of the controller, and then reprogram the controller with your modifications. It also allows you to view all of your sensor systems in real time and log the data for later viewing, in addition to seeing which malfunction trouble codes, MALF's, have been set.
This is a trimmed-down version of our MEFI Scan & TuneTM system for the user that just wants to do scanning / monitoring, data logging, and malfunction trouble code viewing. If you decide later that you want the ability to do tuning as well, you can upgrade to our MEFI Scan and TuneTM packages for just the difference in price between the MEFI Scan and the other package.
We can reflash your Polaris Slingshot ECM with improved calibrations to increase horsepower, torque, fuel economy, and drivability. Dyno testing has shown that reflashing a stock Slingshot ECM you are able to pick up 11 rwhp and 18 ft/lbs of torque on just the tune alone, no other changes. We have found that the small flat rate box from the post office offers the fastest and most cost effect delivery, but you can choose any shipping method you desire.
We have replacement MEFI ECM's for most any application, including Mercruiser, Volvo Penta, Indmar, Crusader, Pleasurecraft, Marine Power, Kodiak, Mercury Racing, Turnkey, MSD, Painless, industrial, and many more. Custom calibrations can be done for any of these applications, changing such things as idle speed, rev limits, fuel and spark delivery, warnings and error codes, etc.
