I have recently begun marketing to the Springfield area businesses. First, a huge firm has a tremendous amount of projects. This means that your web page will most likely get thrown into a bin with all the other numbers. Second, when some different people are working on the same web page, it makes answering questions for you, the customer, more difficult because one hand does not know what the other has done.

Matt has been taking care of my website for a couple years. I don't always know what I want, so I just tell him what I am thinking and he takes it from there.
