In 2006, we launched an educations software business, Sharper Results, that offers software and printable assessment tools. In 2007, we launched a restaurant guide, IndyDining, that helps consumers get a deal on their meal. We are currently expanding into cities across the US and we are looking for entrepreneurs!

If they like your domain name, they will STEAL It!. They assume 2 of my domain names after I paid for them. I have to complain to ICANN to recover the names. They are totally dishonest and do not refund money for services paid in advance.

Critical: Responsiveness they stopped our server without any prior informaiton and now they charge us and said that we are migrating after 3 months i got the reply. i am stucked because more then 50 websites i hosted on the server so without backup of each sites i can not leave them.

Replying to their "verification emails" numerous times strangely never seems to get work, even after 30 minutes, at which point they want your to upload a color copy of your drivers license or passport. NO WAY, NO HOW! The reason I'm trying to cancel my account is because of the piss-poor security they have for the sites being hosted on their servers. And the super-slow chat support is also worthless. Horrible, horrible experience!

Not recommended at all, poor customer service. Take weeks to reply, no refund issued. I use few other hosting services, none as unprofessional as this. Not sure how are they still in business.

These guys used to be a great value and a great hosting service. In the last few years something has happened with the company and they have taken a huge plunge. I would not recommend using them. I am currently looking to switch my reselling account to a more reliable company.

Last 4 years going great and last 6 month getting huge attack and hacker sending many email from my IPS. support unable to fix them also, I was cleaned when I was restored data then same problem again. now I have been switched
