I am revising this again under duress due to coercion because Neelesh has again harassed me regarding this matter. He had apologized. After that, I updated the review to four stars with an optimistic notation. Then he immediately called back unsatisfied with the improved review. And, he has made no attempt to change the libel posted in response to my original review.

He is putting far too much effort into the WRONG area. He needs to leave me alone. Harassing me is not the way to get the result he is seeking. And, I caution him again to refrain from threatening me with legal action for posting truthful reviews. Litigation is costly for both parties. It would be better if he simply let the matter go. I hope that should he read this, he keeps in mind our discussion and agreement to be positive and professional.

I have known Neelesh and QualDev Inc. for few years now.
