I went there 2 days in the week during business hours, I ring their bell many times and no one was there to answer. Someone on the next door told that no one was there. These Pictures were taken at their front door.

Had a quick and easy experience. Kept up to date on the status of the repair process. TV came back with new LED backlight, good as new.

This is my second time using Ontech, they have done a great job and always friendly staff. The job always gets done in a timely manner.

Absolutely amazing! Will definitely come back whenever I have tv issues. Fixed my Samsung Frame quickly and didn't overcharge either!

Excellent service. I brought my tv in (65 4K LCD ) close to closing time on Monday and by noon on Wednesday I had an email voicemail and text with a diagnosis. I approved the work and before noon the next day it was done. (Issue with the panel) the cost was good as well, Samsung wanted almost as much just to send someone out to diagnose it. They we all friendly and very knowledgeable.

I highly recommend them. (I was tempted to just buy a new tv but I'm glad I gave them a chance) On a side note, Samsung has terrible service and the tv was new in 2016 and not used much so it shouldn't have gone bad that soon. I have a Visio lcd from the early days that still works great.

They are quick with diagnosis (same day for two TVs). One was fixed the next day, and the other required ordering a new LED-backlight, so that took a while. Overall, I'm very happy with their service and will not hesitate to bring them repair work in the future. (Considering today's manufactured-to-fail electronics, I'm sure that isn't far off.) As a heads-up, the facilities are not going to win any awards.but they deliver where it counts.

Ontech did an awesome job on my Panasonic plasma. I only had 1/2 the picture showing and they were able to fix it at a reasonable price. They communicated very well and delivered as promised.

AMAZING! This is my first year hosting Thanksgiving and of course. my 75in TV stopped working the week before, and the warranty ended 6 days ago. I called around to local shops who either didn't answer, or said they could make a house call in 30 days. I called OnTech even though they are almost 100 miles from my house and not only did they answer, they said they would do their best to fix it before Thanksgiving!

I dropped it off and within 1 day I had an estimate and it was repaired the following day! This company and everyone working there have my sincerest gratitude and I cannot recommend them enough. They go above and beyond for their customers and it shows! Don't call anyone else - period.

I called Ontech and they came out within an hour. I knew that I had lines on the screen I just figured that I would call someone to come out and change an interior plug. Just my luck this tech told me that the screen is bad and needs to be replaced, he took the TV with him to find a replacement screen. This tech really knew his job however I do not agree with the price that was taken hopefully they will replace the over charge.

I was happy that Ontech Force did offer me a good used TV and did offer to put that over charge onto the cost of that used TV. Although it was a good price and it was a very good TV with a nice picture and I did tell them that I would be back to get it however I got side tracked and forgot all about it once I saw a new TV that I can make payments on. Ontech is a Great Place for repairs and I do recommend them.
