Annie Middleton and Nine Planets, Inc. are the best. I inadvertently messed up my Google My Business account so badly I got suspended by Google. Annie somehow got me fully reinstated. Annie and her company are great and I highly recommend them.

We reached out to Nine Planets about switching our companies website to Wordpress. They not only switched it over but exceeded our expectations in helping with new layout suggestions, providing great customer service, and getting everything up and running faster than anticipated. My review is for their mail hosting / web hosting service. I was keen to get out from under my former service provider, as they were overpriced for the level of service offered--final straw was when they charged me to repair their errors. On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Annie and she talked me through the process of setting up a Web site with 9 Planets, which led to a conversation about the kind of Web design she could offer, which led to me transferring everything from the former company to 9 Planets.

So far I've been very happy with the switch-over; we've had a couple of hiccups, but she and Paul were on them promptly. Next up will be a redesign of my site. I haven't seen a full design yet, but the samples they have sent have been terrific.

Annie and the rest of the crew did an excellent job of transferring my wife's Wordpress site to their hosting, and did a complete redesign. We're very happy with the end product, but more importantly Annie was very responsive and quick to address our requests and get the site up and running. They are also reasonably priced.
