A huge thank you to Jason! My Dell laptop was working fine one evening; but the next morning I couldn't even log in. As a local realtor, I had a significant amount of information that was now inaccessible. Jason was able to repair my laptop, save all my files, and return it to me the next business day; all at a reasonable cost. I'll be recommending Net Works and Jason to others.

Our tech/installer was Michael Stewart. Michael was on time and very nice to deal with. He did an excellent install and got all elements running as requested. He also took away some old tech gear we were going to take out to the recycle center thereby saving us the trip. Thanks again Michael.

Implementing a new phone system where I work and Mitch and the whole crew were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The install went seamlessly until we couldn't run a credit card. I called them and Mitch called me back within minutes. He walked me through rerouting it to the old system until he could get back the next morning. Worked perfectly and he was here at 9am the next day. Highly recommend this company and their team!

My wife had an issue with her computer that I could not resolve. I called networks and explained the problem. I was told it would be best if I would bring the computer in to the shop. Jason Smith greeted me at the door and said he would diagnose the problem and let me know what he finds. Within a short period of time, he called and let me know that the hard drive was not recoverable and that I would need a new drive.

He installed it and loaded the new operating system. When I tried loading some additional software on the computer, I ran into another issue. Jason solved it and everything is operating exceptionally well. Throughout the process Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have dealt with networks for years and have always been very pleased with the service and price.

Jason did a great job transferring all of my data from an old laptop to a new laptop. And he did it in less than 1 day. The whole process was professional, user friendly and the best experience I have had in all my years of using computer repair services. Highly recommended!

Every experience I have had with Networks has been positive. Jason has always been extremely helpful and honest. I have been going to them for years with my computer as well as my kids computers. Recently I called in a panic because I had to replace my son's computer before he left for college.in 3 days! I needed everything transferred from his old computer to the new one. Jason reassured me that they could get it done in one business day.and he exceeded that and had it done in the SAME DAY! Jason was super friendly and helpful.

It is hard to find local qualified Apple technical Service but today I did just that without having to travel to Orlando to an Apple Store. I had what I believed to be a completely dead Macbook Pro. I had babied that computer never letting a scratch get on it even though I used it every day. Naturally I was horrified when I couldn't even boot it up one day. Jason invited me to drop it off and let him take a look for a more than reasonable charge.

When to my surprise he fixed the problem within one day and had me back up and running. I will not take a computer anywhere for service without first checking with Net Works. Thank you guys. S. Crowell
