The internet is great. Fast and efficient. There are some slight problems with reliability (i.e. unplanned outages) but that's expected with any internet service. My biggest issue is that because they are a small local company, they do have issues with customer service. They are slow to respond (if at all) and are very quick to tell you what you want to hear, even though it may not be the truth, just to get you off the phone. They also do not have 24/7 support so if your internet goes down outside of their business hours, well, you're pretty much screwed. So, internet good, people not good.

Poor customer service. They Strung me along saying they could get me internet for 2-3 weeks until ultimately deciding they did not want to provide internet for my address. There service may be good, but unfortunately they were too unorganized to make it happen for me.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Horrible customer service. I had to call repeatedly for 6 weeks to get someone to come do the survey at my house, and then no one would return my calls after that. Guess they dont want new customers.

Lose internet constantly. Called and was told they would check into it and get right back with me. That was at least 2 weeks ago. Internet is out again for the 3rd time this week. Over it, checking for other services.

Great customer service & our internet works just fine. We have cloud based software and their wireless internet works much better than the at&t services that we previously had. In the rare situation that we have issues, they return our calls promptly and follow up with us.
