Prospect Machine Products engaged Jean near the end of 2013. We needed guidance on the necessary steps we needed to take in order to make our website more interactive for customers. Prior to finding Jean, we had worked with a very large and expensive web development company and we had poor results. As a small company, Jean proved to be a much better business fit.
He explained the progression of steps we needed to follow; he made software and design changes for us, and he tracked our progress diligently through the use of online tools and services. I hired Jean Louis a year and a half ago to help me with an internet presence for my business. The entire experience has been truly great.
