Fortune 3 does not return phone calls to assist when a business owner needs help setting up email addresses with the the domain names. no phone calls returned to me in over a month! My web host is canceling emails and advised us to switch email hosts. Need the MX records to do this and can not contact Fortune 3 for our information that WE own. They provided the service to register now they do not respond for us to be able to continue our service to our customers. Stay away unless you want your domains held hostage too.

Been using fortune3 for almost a decade it feels like and have had probably 15 shopping carts with thousands of products over the years with them. I have had nothing but success with my sites. Tech support has always bent over backwards on any issues and it's nice that they almost always answer the phone. at first I hated it when they stoped updating the wizard and went fully web builder style but after using it more it didn't take long to realize it was better. thanks for a great product and all your help. oh yea. could make the HTML editor a little more user friendly for the novice though when we design the home page and edit the template. but still a 5 out of 5 stars from me.
