I have worked with Elkins Design over the past 10 years. To say they "get it" is an understatement. They understand selling to both the B2B and B2C environment, they are collaborative in the development of my programs and take pride in what they deliver for me. They act, communicate and celebrate successes just like they are one of us. They aren't "yes men" (which is so refreshing) and provide me with great options/solutions for every project I bring them. Their work is amazing and they are all fun and easy to work with. We want partners who are truly partners and that is what Elkins Design is for us.

I was able to work with the team at Elkins Design for a little over two years. Their knowledge and expertise is top notch in the area. I would highly recommend them to any potential clients - no matter how small or large the project!

I have worked with Scott & Rebecca and Elkins Designs many times over the last 15 years. They have top notch creative and account services and you won't find another agency out there with higher morals and values. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Warning.new clients! Do not use these people. Okay, heres the run down. A very reputable company sent me to Elkin Design to see if they could help me with a start-up. In doing so, I met Jane Harmon the Senior account executive. So, I mention that it's a start-up and exactly what I want. As I finish what it is, how I will market it and what I need.

I said I need a illustration that is repetitious to print the graphics all around the box. I told her I needed it and I gave dimensions. I didn't have the box size yet so I figured if it was larger than the box its usable. I told her everything in order to keep costs down. Then she mentions, bring me the box and we can start. I said you dont really need the box.

As I've said, "the grapic design layout will be larger than the box" She then looks across her desk and says, look. I have a meeting in a few minutes I reply, okay no prob.so where are we at on this? She says, umm I dont feel comfortable with this conversation right now. I said, huh? What are you talking about. I mean, this through me off bigtime.

Here I was talking about what I need and business. I wasnt yelling. I wasnt even talking loud and nor was I sarcastic. In my mind as I looked across the desk at her, I was like.wth, just happened? Chemically imbalanced maybe? No prozac today or what? I felt like I just stepped into the twilight zone. If she can't understand what a person wants, communicate properly and try to offer someone else to speak to then she really shouldn't be in business.

I had to ask to speak to someone. I'm paying hard earned money to get this going and I get treated like this? No way, and I hope no one else goes through what i went through either. If i deserved to be treated like that, then i would say i had it coming and deserved it.but i didnt. So Sir, this is the only reason I do reviews. Now, after I was about to leave.

After I asked, she mentioned Rebecca Elkins the CEO/Owner could speak with me. I said sure, is she here? As I walk towards the door. I saw her at her desk talking on the phone so I waited patiently as Jane walks in and points back at me. I was like great, cool.after driving an hour and a half at least I can speak to someone that "gets" what I need done.

I should have known better. I see out of the corner of my eye 3 women hovering like a lynch mob as I wait. I'm like, and now what's this all about. Obviously something tells me, what actually happened wasnt her version of the story. After Rebecca hangs up she speaks to me. I soon realize that her polite condinsending conversation wasnt going anywhere, just as much as the last.

I then call back and explained to every company I talked to how Elkins Design treats their future clients. Responding to your post Sir. Strive for excellence and customer satisfaction? That is NOT what I saw today I'm sorry. Theres really nothing to discuss. I wasnt rude, angry nor impolite. Where did uncomfortable ever come in at I was only talking business? Uncomfortable is personal.

If that was the case for whatever that means cause I still dont understand that one, but pass it on to a colleague. And since it's your (wife) I total understand for the message. Maybe you can figure it out because it left me in left field. After her comment, she made me uncomfortable, alienated and condinsended upon speaking about business after that comment.

I was like, "wth" just happened. ****Remember the gay men and the wedding cake court settlement? Well, I'm not gay for one, but I sure felt like maybe the pink dress might of been a sign from the get go because it sure was bright enough. For the record, I was a client that walked in your place of business. I was referred even. Wrong is wrong. Now, I totally agree on, "it's not a good fit".

I realized that when I left out your door. I found who I needed, so the bad experience with your company (after my postings) helped me find the individuals that are right for this job. The bright pink pepto bismol dress should have told me something right off. Catch my drift?
