The ATM at Mercy hospital in Janesville WI is operated by these folks. They charge a $5 fee to access your money. At a hospital. I guess they feel they can fleece you because you are captive due to your medical misfortune. They offer increments as low as $20. That's a 25% fee. Wow.

They were thorough in their analysis, surveying members and staff, categorizing responses, then turning that into options for logo's. They took customer feedback well with quick turns on new options.
