CHN is a nonprofit organization committed to providing homes for people in need. Direct Knowledge helped CHN redesign their extensive website, to have a fresh new design, to improve website navigation, and to make use of a better CMS so that they can make website updates more quickly and easily. ERS is a real estate development and management company, with a website serving over 115 apartment communities. Direct Knowledge developed a custom Property Management System to allow ERS staff to manage extensive information and services for both current and prospective residents.

Roots: We trace our roots back to 1995 when we began as the new Internet division for a prominent local IT company. Today: In 2003, we formed Direct Knowledge and acquired the website business from our former partners. Throughout our history, we've expanded our know-how, our customer base and the web application framework that we have developed to power our customers' websites.
To help our customers get the best results from their Internet investments, we need to have broad knowledge, deep skills, and varied experiences. To build an effective website, we need to understand marketing. To build a successful online store, we need to understand retailing. To build reliable web applications, we need to understand programming.
Direct Knowledge will help you ask the right questions. We will help you come up with answers that will work both in the short-term and over the span of several years.
