Digital Ray has provided me with website development services and website support services for the last year. The owner is extremely knowledgeable regarding web development, services, programing, and design. He is also practical and the services are of excellent value. You will not feel as if you are in the hands of an amateur, nor of someone who will take advantage of your lack of knowledge of website development, web based services, computers, networking, or social media.
He will address all of these issues with you in a candid, practical and helpful way. And, recently when my website became infected with malware, he had the fix and it was very little trouble for him. Nice little find. Great work, fast, cheap, and competent. I've been managing online marketing and ecommerce for more than 15 years for many different companies; large and small. I've been in charge of massive, multi-million visitor entertainment sites, as well as multi-million dollar a year ecommerce sites, and even start-ups too. The search for good agencies--big OR small--is always an adventure.
Recently I got an assignment from my company (a rather large global nutritional supplements company) to QUICKLY build an international presence in Japan and Australia, and because of the constraints on budget, needed to find a small boutique that was fast, cheap, and had international multilingual capabilities. Enter Digital Ray. Found them through a Google search with the very basic query of "multilingual website development agencies Los Angeles". Frankly, my initial site visit with them left much to be desired.
Even scared the heck out of me how lean his operation was. But after some discussion of how his distributed network of developers worked, and after viewing his work with a bit more diligence, I was happy to give them an assignment. The work was indeed completed very quickly, beating my time expectations, and over-delivered on the finished product.
This seems to be a common theme with Sarkis and the Gang: Meet and beat expectations for time and quality and cost. A true joy to work with. Already we have had one more assignment completed with them, and are looking to use them for a bigger, broader ecommerce project very soon.

I called the owner on Friday (yes Good Friday) and although it was a holiday and although he was busy. he toook my information and said he would call me back. About 1 hour later he called and I explained how I had this problem with a hacker. Sarkis immediately began looking at my website and without asking for a penny he spent one hour on the phone with me to offer suggestions and help.
Do not let his accent scare you. Sarkis was extremely professional and knows what he is doing. Now that one problem has been solved, I am now hiring him to perorm some ASP and PHP programming work on my website and will update this review as soon as that is complete.
