It's been 6 months here at Developers Studio, the endless support by the team is worth-admired. The managers are quite supportive which is the best part of my working experience at DS. Pros: Good culture of a Company is by far the greatest asset, you can tell that they truly care about the happiness of their employees and that is what DS is all about. It's a really relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do can be fast-paced. I don't dread coming to work on Monday mornings and the higher management is extremely patient and understanding.

Good Salary, Flexible With Vacation Time, Benefits, In-house meal, Bonuses and what not! Area of improvement: Although steps have been taken to reduce it, there is still a feeling of the company being more reactive than proactive with things sometimes being left to the last minute.
