I've been working with Rasvir for approx 1 year on improving my search/page rankings for my consulting business and although it took a while to see results, i now show up in google organic top 10 for multiple search terms and phrases. I've since ordered up several landing pages and 7 strategy manages our PPC campaigns as well. We've seen steady growth in terms of traffic to the website and lead conversions.

I believe going through their initial goal setting process helped 7 strategy to understand the net result we were expecting from them and specific tangibles that were important to our business. I noted that other Yelpers experienced some challenges but Rasvir has been nothing but a team player for us.

I wish we had seen the reviews below before getting involved with 7strategy. After a pumped-up salesman got us to sign a contract, things came to a grinding halt. After unending delays and 7strategy simply not getting our company, we terminated an expensive SEO optimization with them. Two years later, we get a letter from a commercial collection agency for $1500 for services that are not even delineated in the letter.

Please read the emails below to get an idea of the frustrations we went through with this company. Us: ** I don't see any attachments, and when will we start on the design? ** the phone number that you gave me doesn't work. and neither does the one on your website. i hate to seem paranoid, but we gave you guys over $3,000 a week ago and we still haven't spoken to anybody directly on the phone about our website. call me as soon as possible. ** hey. if you could call me, i would really like to hear about the progress you've been making. i'd like to hear about it about twice a week so that i know what i'm paying for. **and why are the MENS and WOMENS pictures hanging off the side of the website? **why doesn't it work anymore when i try to log into this to edit the slideshow? **you have made no attempt to contact me since my last eamil and i'm starting to get really worried. **And honestly, this process has been grueling.

You haven't contacted me as frequently as you said you would, nor have you been able to produce anything close to what I would like to have had designed. I would like the phone number of your supervisor. 4 months later: **What's going on? Call me. I need this site up! **anything new with the website? 7strategy: **Sorry my mistake, hope this is ok **Hi., sorry about the misunderstanding, the email below got to my Junk Email for some reason I encourage you to use any web design company but 7startegy!

7Strategy is not recommended. After inheriting a website redesign project with them it immediately became clear that they were not interested in our best interests. We were constantly upcharged and told things could not be done because of our contract, even though these items were originally discussed. If you poorly estimate your time on a project like this, that does not mean that you can ignore the original item and not complete the work. Conveniently, every time we asked for a meeting they were on spring break or unable to actually come to our office. The site was built on a dated CMS platform that basically eliminated the value of creating a CMS based site. I would not recommend 7Stratgey.

I contracted with 7strategy to increase what are already high rankings on google. I was told my rankings could go up quickly if I obtained their services. (A few keyterms have no rankings) They sent me a falsified report stating I had NO rankings on google (many of my keywords are already at the number 1 spot, others 3 and 4.) I had an independent consultant across the U.S. verify, just to make sure there wasn't a geographical difference.

He said, no, they have given you a false report. Then they said they made an honest mistake. But that they were on schedule to boost rankings quickly (my business only operates at any volume during summer months so if rankings didn't change fast they were useless to me). They weren't on schedule and I have a copy of the false report no matter what they say. I asked for money back and they refused.

I don't completely understand the purpose of your post. Most people don't try to defend their company by saying its the customers fault, or try to downplay their customers feedback. I gave a very straightforward review of how I was treated by your company and I find your reply repulsive and one of the main problems I had with 7strategy. I never dealt with you directly and you likely know very little about my project and the problems it encountered.

Let me give you a few small examples and you tell me if you would ever consider a website complete given these errors. By the way, the site is artworksbyshana.com and you can check out the problems for yourself. Taxable goods does not work properly. Homepage - highlight our logo and the words "Magento Commerce" come up. Magento Commerce is the platform we use to make the website so this means that the programmer forgot to change the generic title to the title of our company.

I paid $1400 for "view in room" functionality that does not work at all! We don't recieve automated emails when a purchase is made. Each item's price is $0's but they have a tab called special price that is their display price, but this ends up leading to other issues on the back end, like the taxable goods issue. The number of words on the collection banner is limited to an unusually small number and could easily fit more, we asked for this to be changed and it never was.

The search function does not work properly - if you search for the painting "on a boat" it gives you the right answer but it also gives you any painting containing the letter "a" or the letters "on" this proves to be a problem as we expand our product base. These are just a few problems that our "finished" product came with. When we asked if we could get them fixed we were asked for more money.

I paid $10,000 and was promised in contract a completed, working site. I paid additional money for added features, some of which worked out fine, others failed miserably. When we had done 3 full reviews of the issues on the site, and there were still glaring problems (some of which I addressed in the first review were never solved) I was told that to solve any further issues would cost additional money.

I promptly stopped contact with 7strategy and found a much cheaper solution via a private consultant to finish the work needed to get the site in at least manageable shape. You did not go above and beyond to fix any changes and you personally could not have been aware of any work or the quality of that work done on the site since you did not have any involvement in it.

You are just attempting to repair your mistake by discounting my completely justified review. My project was not very small, and in fact I was told you specialize in projects like mine, so to discount the size is another error in judgement and does not really help your case. If your service level is of the highest priority to you, why have you not tried to remedy our solution by offering a small amount of help in fixing many of the known issues with my site.

If my project manager Enrique would have just admitted to a few errors and solved them, instead of trying to milk me for more money, I would not have posted such a bad review. I find it quite humorous that after the review I gave, and your reply, you would have the courage and audacity to offer your services to me again. While I may have been an outlier case in some ways, I know with full certainty that you guys made many errors that caused me hours of frustration and cost me thousands of dollars.

I can say with confidence that I will never be using your services again and while our ordeal was frustrating and costly, it helped me to learn a lot about how to approach making a website (and how not to), how to deal with developers, and how to move forward from my mistakes (choosing 7strategy, overpaying for a "simple" website, and being locked into a contract with them for 9 months+ being one of them).

CAUTION Do you have 11 months to build a website? Do you want to hire a company that only corresponds via email and takes 2 weeks to respond to inquiries? Do you want your website outsourced to India? If the answer is yes, then this may be the right company for you. Personally, I do not have 11 months to wait for my website. and it is still NOT built! 7strategy only communicates via email and takes 2 weeks to respond to questions. Yes, there is evidence that my website is being built in India.

No wonder it takes so long for them to respond. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING HIRING THIS COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT. IT WILL BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY. As a business owner, do you have 12 months and an excess of $50k to spend on a website? Isn't your time valuable and your resources better spent on results?
